Kid Rock, also known by his birth name of Bob Ritchie, was playing golf with the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus over the weekend when he hit his first career hole-in-one.

Nicklaus himself posted video of the celebration after the perfect shot went into the hole on No. 2 of Nicklaus’s The Bear’s Club course in Florida — a 175-yard par 3.
First hole-in-one for Bob Ritchie (a.k.a. @KidRock) Aced No. 2 at The Bear’s Club, 175 yards. Glad I slipped in some golf before settling in for some @TheHondaClassic action. Bob, the locker room thanks you for the free beverages! 😉 pic.twitter.com/VSwTpFYFuX

Talk about a special moment on the golf course. Of course, it’s only one of many Nicklaus has seen and been a part of, including last year’s Par-3 Contest before The Masters.
According to The Detroit News, Kid Rock and Nicklaus have been friends and golf buddies for a number of years, and the rock star has even gotten lessons from Nicklaus’ son, Gary. Clearly, those lessons have paid off.
