Justin Blackmon During Arrest: ‘This is Gonna be a Big Deal’

Currently suspended Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon, who was arrested for possession of marijuana Wednesday night, apparently told the arresting officer that “this is gonna be a  big deal” during the arrest. 

Blackmon went on to tell the arresting officer that he was a football player. It remains to be seen just how much this will impact the young receiver when he applies for reinstatement, but it’s not a good sign. The former first-round pick was looking to keep a low profile during his suspension. That’s obviously no longer the case anymore.
