Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Josh Rosen was surely happy to receive the first-team snaps even they came at the expense of fellow quarterback Mike Glennon.
According to this report, Rosen worked with the first team due to Sam Bradford receiving a day off and Glennon uncontrollably tossing his cookies on the field.
Josh Rosen gets first team snaps at Cardinals OTAs. Sam Bradford given a day off and Mike Glennon vomited on the field (he actually did vomit that's not a euphemism for his play)https://t.co/Pix8olMwID#RosenFearBunker

Teammates that worked with Rosen had some pretty complementary things to say after practice.
“He was good,” right guard Justin Pugh said, per ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss. “I was surprised at how well he did with the limited amount of time that he’s spent here so far.”
“He stepped in the huddle and had a lot of pizzazz,” left tackle D.J. Humphries said. “He didn’t seem like he was choked up at all.”
Even head coach Steve Wilks had some positive feedback.
“Josh looked great today,” Wilks said. “Some of his timing and his throws with the quarterback and tight ends I thought were right on point.”
It was fortunate that Rosen had the opportunity to dazzle with Bradford and Glennon out of the picture. This small sampling sets the scene for what should be a very high-profile quarterback competition this summer.
Bradford is the intended starter. But should Rosen continue to keep the heat turned up, a different story might play out. It is also no secret that Bradford is one of the most injury-prone at his position in the NFL.
Stay tuned.
