Jerry Jones has blamed the Cowboys futility on the NFL. Apparently the rules that govern the league should not apply to his team since they prevent him from creating another dynasty. While your at it Jerry, why not blame the league for Romo’s interceptions and for having 6 head coaches in the last 20 years…
