The Utah Jazz just won’t stop adding strong assets to an already loaded roster. Earlier on Tuesday, Utah reportedly signed veteran forward Jeff Green to a one-year contract.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Utah has signed 23-year-old point guard Emmanuel Mudiay to a one-year, deal.
A former No. 7 overall pick of the Denver Nuggets, Mudiay is coming off a career-best season. He averaged 14.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.9 assists while shooting 45 percent from the field for the New York Knicks.
Mudiay will now come in to Utah as the primary backup point guard behind the recently acquired Mike Conley.
