Outfielder Hunter Renfroe of the Los Angeles Angels was the lone winner Saturday when six arbitration decisions were handed down.

Among the losing players was Seattle Mariners outfielder Teoscar Hernandez.

Teams won 13 of the 19 decisions this year.

A three-person panel decided Renfroe will receive $11.9 million from the Angels this season. The club had offered $11.25 million. Los Angeles acquired Renfroe from the Milwaukee Brewers in an offseason deal.

Hernandez also was obtained during the offseason by way of the Toronto Blue Jays. He was awarded $14 million instead of the requested $16 million. His salary is the highest for a player that went to a decision, topping the $13.5 million that went to both Gerrit Cole (2019) and Max Fried (2023).

Also losing their cases were Angels infielder Gio Urshela ($8.4 million, requested $10 million), St. Louis Cardinals left-hander Genesis Cabrera ($950,000, requested $1.15 million) and two Tampa Bay Rays pitchers — left-hander Colin Poche ($1.175M, requested $1.3M) and right-hander Ryan Thompson ($1 million, requested $1.2 million).
