Former New York City FC midfielder Jesus Medina joined CSKA Moscow of the Russian Premier League on Monday.
The 24-year-old Paraguay native signed with the club through the 2024-25 season.
Medina helped the Cityzens win the MLS Cup in 2021, but his contract option was declined after the season.
He had nine goals and four assists in 33 matches (27 starts) in 2021, bringing his four-year totals with the team to 23 goals and 15 assists in 101 games (72 starts).
