Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall tore his Achilles in Week 3 and has been sidelined ever since. He had the necessary surgery to start rehab and was likely in line to return to action towards the start of next season.
That was before Hall tore the same Achilles again this week attempting to fetch a slice of late-night pizza from the kitchen.
Gruden said DeAngelo Hall's latest Achilles injury happened in his kitchen. Slipped while getting a late night slice of pizza.

Hall, an 11-year veteran, will have to undergo surgery once again to repair the torn Achilles. It remains to be seen exactly what this means for Hall’s long-term prognosis and ability to get back on the field. But after the Nate Burleson situation last year, maybe it’s time players switch their snack of choice to tacos or something.
