The Oakland Raiders, sans Khalil Mack, absolutely fell apart in the second half Monday night in a blowout loss at home to the Los Angeles Rams.
So, just how much did the Raiders miss their former star pass rusher?
This crazy stat will give you a clue.
Raiders recorded an NFL-low five QB pressures in Week 1 vs. Rams. They achieved five or fewer presssures just once in Khalil Mack’s 64 career games with club, per @PFF_AustinGayle.

In addition to the paltry five pressures achieved by Oakland’s defense, the only sack of the night came early when Bruce Irvin forced a fumble of Jared Goff. Aside from that, the third-year quarterback was hit just once more.
Meanwhile, Mack, in his first action all summer long playing limited snaps for the Chicago Bears on Sunday night, was an absolute nightmare —Â Defensive Player of the Year type stuff.
It’s no wonder so many Raiders fans are upset with Jon Gruden.
