The Cincinnati Bearcats pulled off a huge upset at home at Nippert Stadium Friday night, beating No. 18 UCF by the score of 27-24.
Afterward, their loyal fans rushed the field in celebration, and that was a sight to behold.
Adding insult to injury, the program’s social media department savagely trolled the Knights with a spoof Disney video that ends with “You hate to see it.”
The Bearcats and Knights, of course, are bitter rivals in the AAC. This wasn’t just any old upset victory for the Cincinnati football program. It was personal. It also pushed the Bearcats over the Knights in the standings.
