Third time’s the charm?
Apparently that’s the new motto for the Los Angeles Chargers, who failed miserably in their first two attempts at re-branding their logo in light of their move up north from San Diego.
The first logo was a terrible look that ripped off the Los Angeles Dodgers’ logo with the added feature of a lighting bolt at the end of the “A.” The second fix was to simply tweak the color scheme away from Dodger blue to Chargers powder blue.
And now we have finally come to what we can only hope is the conclusion to all this.
Chargers have adjusted their social-media logo for third time in two days. Now reads: "Los Angeles Chargers." pic.twitter.com/mpaLcoxWVb

The final stage.
Los Angeles Chargers, in powder blue, with yellow letters…and no lighting bolt.
It’s magnificent, wouldn’t you agree?
Or not.
