We begin our first NFL Sunday with a Raiders game by visiting with our weekly contributor Vinny Bonsignore of The Athletic. Bonsignore breaks down the Raiders vs. Rams and then tells us Raiders fans need to be patient. He also looks at the AFC West and says the Chiefs may be for real.
Next, we talked to NFL Network’s MJ Acosta who covers the Raiders for the network. She too said Raider Nation shouldn’t read too much into the first week struggles of Derek Carr. She added the pressure on the fifth year quarterback Derek Carr.
Chris Reed, our own Sr. NFL Analyst chimed in on Kolton Miller’s first NFL start and grades him high.
Scott Bair, of NBCSN Bay Area, calls in live from Denver to preview the Broncos game and talks about what the Raiders need to do to get back on track this week. He too believes Carr is fine and will bounce back soon.
