Following the Baltimore Ravens’ destructive victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. boldly claimed this is the best team he has ever played for during his career, which includes the Super Bowl-winning Los Angeles Rams.

The Ravens are on an absolute roll right now. After struggling at times early in the season and losing two of their first five, the team has been a wrecking machine since their surprising Week 5 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. following that defeat they have won 10 of 11, limited teams to 10 or less three times, and and scored 30 or more eight times including 56 on Sunday.

In the last few weeks, Baltimore has gone from a top team in the AFC to a popular choice to reach the 2024 Super Bowl and bring the franchise their third title since 2000. They have become such a scary team this season because they are well-rounded, and their level of play right now is something three-time Pro Bowler Odell Beckham Jr. claims he has never quite seen before.

Following their 56-19 victory over the Dolphins in Week 17, Beckham Jr. offered up a major compliment to his teammates after clinching the top seed in the AFC.

“This is a good feeling. This is probably the best team; not probably, this is the best team I’ve ever been on from the top to the bottom,” he said in the locker room after the game. “We set ourselves up for success. It’s gotta come through the Bank in these black and purple unis. Coming through this defense, this offense is crazy. Everything is right in front of us. Keep preparing, and enjoy this moment because it doesn’t come by [often].”

The comment, unsurprisingly, received some “oooos” and “ohs” from his teammates because the nine-year veteran was a part of a fantastic Los Angeles Rams team that went all the way to win a championship in 2022. The team featured Pro Bowl level players like Matthew Stafford, Von Miller, Cooper Kupp, and Aaron Donald.

They also won that game against the Cincinnati Bengals without Beckham Jr. playing in the second half after he tore his ACL in the second quarter.

Beckham joined that team late in the 2021 season and did not return the following year. So his bond may be stronger with this Ravens group after being with them for their current journey since day one.
