There’s very little information available at this point, but Rebecca Lopez of WFAA in Dallas is reporting that Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib was shot after a fight at a nightclub Sunday morning.
Sources say 3 people shot in Dallas night club this morning. Police identify one of them reportedly as NFL player Aqib Talib.

Lopez went on to report that Talib was shot at the V Live Club in Dallas and was taken to the Medical City Hospital.
There are no further reports as it relates to Talib’s condition. Anything beyond the report that he was shot would be pure speculation.
Talib, 30, was a member of the Broncos Super Bowl-winning team this past season. He’s a three-time Pro Bowl performer with a previous history of off-field issues.
We will update you as soon as more information becomes available.
Update: 4:34 pm ET
I just spoke to Medical City Hospital, and they tell me Aqib Talib was released from the emergency room today and is no longer in hospital.

There appears to be some good news on this front. If Talib was indeed released from the hospital, his condition cannot be considered too serious.
More updates to come.
