WATCH: Defenders torch Dragons on stunning trick-play touchdown

The D.C. Defenders were down by a point to the Seattle Dragons at halftime. Then, opening the third quarter, they torched their XFL opponent on a stunning trick-play touchdown that had fans amped.

Here’s the big play, which saw Cardale Jones find tight end Khari Lee wide open down the right sideline. After hauling in the pass, Lee finished off the play with a tremendous effort after the catch.

After the touchdown, the Defenders successfully converted a one-point play to go up 19-13 in the third quarter.
