LeSean McCoy will not play Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game. He’s dealing with an illness and is inactive.
This has got to be a rough day for McCoy, who signed with the Chiefs this past offseason hoping to be a big contributor to one of the league’s most explosive offenses.
McCoy appeared in 13 games for the Chiefs during the regular season, tallying 646 yards and five touchdowns from scrimmage. He appeared in just one offensive snap during the team’s divisional-round victory over the Houston Texans, registering no stats.
