During Sunday night’s NFC West showdown between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks, Quandre Diggs took a Jared Goff pass to the house for six points.
A bit of miscommunication between Goff and Robert Woods was all Diggs needed to pounce on the gift of a touchdown for the Seahawks.
The way this played out, it sure looked like Goff was trying to hit Diggs in stride, rather than his own teammate, Robert Woods. But Woods stopped on his route, and Goff was passing to where he would have been if he hadn’t stopped.
