It might be a meaningless game for both the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals. Just don’t tell that to Cardinals rookie quarterback Kyler Murray.
The star youngster suffered a hamstring injury last week against the Seattle Seahawks. It seemed that Murray’s initial season in the NFL was over.
Not so fast. In talking to reporters on Tuesday, Murray indicated that he expects to play Sunday and that is hamstring is good.
Following a surprising win over the Seahawks last week, Murray will look to wrap up what has been a tremendous season on a good note.
The former Heisman winner has racked up north of 3,900 total yards with 22 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He looks to be the future face of this rebuilding organization.
