WATCH: Ohio Bobcats get ball back on crazy onside kick off a helmet

Ohio onside kick

We’ve seen some wild plays on special teams over the years in college football, but what the Ohio Bobcats did Saturday against Kent State was on another level.

Following a game-tying touchdown, kicker Michael Farkas lined his kickoff right off the helmet of Isaac Vance, allowing the Bobcats to recover the craziest onside kick we’ve ever seen.

This is one of those videos I couldn’t stop watching. Just a stunning play that we won’t see replicated any time soon. It’s almost as good as what we saw a couple weeks back when Tulsa scored two touchdowns in one second.

Ohio wasn’t able to do anything with its next possession, and the game remained tied up heading into halftime.
