Two big men going at it. Two big men with attitudes. We had to see this coming with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Philadelphia 76ers taking on one another Wednesday night.
Sixers big man Joel Embiid and Wolves star center Karl-Anthony Towns absolutely went at it in the third quarter of the game, exchanging blows and tackling one another to the court.
It was an absolutely insane scene in Philadelphia.
That’s just crazy. One of the two could have really been hurt in the brawl. As you can see, Ben Simmons involved himself later on by putting Towns in a headlock.
Both Towns and Embiid were ejected. Meanwhile, we would not be surprised if Simmons faces a suspension after the Association gets wind of the video we showed above.
Not a great early-season look for either team.
