The Boston Red Sox continue to tee off on the first-place New York Yankees.
One day after dropping 19 and making history at Fenway, Boston scored seven runs in the first four innings Friday.
That included Red Sox star Mookie Betts teeing off on James Paxton to the tune of a homer in each of his first three at-bats.
The first one came in the initial inning to open the scoring.
Betts then took Paxton deep again in the third.
Before making it a cool three the following inning.
The reigning AL MVP had hit just 13 homers prior to Thursday’s game. He hit two in that outing before nailing three in his first three at-bats Friday.
Is that good?
