Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer shocked the MLB community when he chucked a ball over the center-field wall in a stunning display of anger.
Now, Bauer is reportedly facing a fine, but not a suspension, for his actions.
The incident that prompted the fine happened after Bauer had given up two runs. He initially chucked a ball at the netting behind home plate, and then when manager Terry Francona came out to pull him from the game he launched another out of the stadium.
Bauer has since apologized for what he called “childish” behavior.
