The Portland Trail Blazers are adding even more depth to their loaded roster.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Portland has signed future Hall of Fame big man Pau Gasol to a one-year contract.
Gasol, 39, split time between the San Antonio Spurs and Milwaukee Bucks last season. The six-time All-Star averaged a combined 3.9 points and 4.6 rebounds in just 30 games.
Assuming Gasol is healthy, he’ll slot right in as a top backup at the four and five spots.
