We tend to think of Atlanta Hawks rookie Trae Young as a three-point shooter. But as this play with John Collins will attest, Young can make a pretty sweet pass, as well.
Young was running the fast break in Wednesday’s game with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He threw a textbook, no-look alley-oop to a trailing Collins, who finished the play in emphatic fashion.

This season is obviously not going well for the Hawks, who entered the game at 20-41.
But with plays like this from the rookie Young and the second-year man in Collins, there’s a lot to be excited about going forward.
