It was six years ago that then Toronto Raptors youngster Terrence Ross won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest. Seemingly flashbacking to a simpler time in his career, the Orlando Magic veteran did one better against the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.
With his Magic blowing out the Hornets, Ross took flight for a dunk that might be a top-five highlight of the NBA season.
Check it out in all of its glory.

His ability to go up and around multiple Hornets defenders while flushing it down on the other side of the rim was just insane here.
The NBA could use someone of Ross’ ilk in this year’s dunk contest with a bunch of players most haven’t heard of taking flight in Charlotte.
Either way, well done.
