Any thought given to the ridiculous idea that the Baltimore Ravens might move on from head coach John Harbaugh can now be thrown out the window.
Having been in extension talks since the end of their season, the Ravens have officially inked Harbaugh to a long-term deal.
Ravens held off on making John Harbaugh available while contract extension talks were going on. Harbaugh is talking to reporters tomorrow. Yes, that means his contract extension is done. No announcement from team and don't know details, but the contract ext is a done deal.

Harbaugh, 56, was set to enter the 2019 campaign as a lame-duck coach. While details of the extension are not yet known, it’s clear that he will be with Baltimore for the long haul.
The Ravens’ head coach since 2008, Harbaugh has led the team to seven playoff appearances and a Super Bowl title in 11 years.
This past season saw Baltimore earn a playoff spot for the first time since back in 2014. A lot of that had to do with Harbaugh’s decision to replace veteran Joe Flacco with rookie Lamar Jackson under center.
