Saquon Barkley has shown what a great football player he is throughout his rookie season. In Week 17, he showed that he can also do a good Michael Jordan impersonation.
Barkley scored a touchdown on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. In doing so, he looked an awful lot like MJ scoring the winning basket in “Space Jam.”

It’s spot on.
From a football perspective, this play is certainly risky. Barkley did lose the ball but as the replays showed, he clearly scored first. This is obviously not the way that it’s coached.
But if you can take off from the three and still score, you have to show that skill off at some point.
