During the first quarter of Saturday’s FCS quarterfinals playoff game between North Dakota State and Colgate, Dallas Freeman made one of the best catches we’ve seen all year.

This catch should have set the Bison up right at the goal line. Instead, after review, officials somehow upheld the call on the field, which was incomplete.
Watch that a few times and tell me that’s an incomplete pass. You can’t. Freeman made a brilliant play here and should have been rewarded for it. Instead, the refs screwed him out of his highlight moment.
