That’s pretty much all she wrote for Mike McCarthy in Green Bay.
Knowing full well that they would have to win out this season in order to play postseason football, the Packers laid an absolute egg at home against the lowly Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
Once Mason Crosby’s 49-yard field goal attempt went wide right as time expired in the fourth quarter, Green Bay fell to 4-7-1 on the season. By virtue of this humiliating 20-17 loss to Arizona, the Packers’ playoff aspirations are pretty much over.
It represented the Cardinals’ first win in Green Bay since 1949 and their first win against a team not named the 49ers all season.
Needless to say, Twitter was full of reactions following Green Bay’s latest loss.

*Rodgers, healthy, may have never played worse and is getting worse every week
*I can't stress enough how brutal 12's body language is, it's gross
*McCarthy is lost and shouldn't be here
*Crosby might be done too
*So many other rostered Packers players are bad at their jobsbad

The #AZCardinals, unbelievably, just beat the #Packers at Lambeau Field. They are playing for coach Steve Wilks… but it raises questions about the future of coach Mike McCarthy.

This has to be the most embarrassing losses in recent @packers history, you agree? Or overreacting a bit?

Cardinals go on the road -14 point underdogs and pulled of the upset. Good team win vs. Packers. #AZvsGB

Aaron Jones had 11 carries and 15 total touches in today's 20-17 home loss to the #AZCardinals. #Packers #AZvsGB

The Packers losing to Arizona in Lambeau is a lot more than Mike McCarthy….
