The New Orleans Saints and their players were dealt a major blow earlier this week when recently-signed wide receiver Dez Bryant suffered a torn Achilles in one of his first practices with the team.
While Bryant had not called his fellow Saints players teammates for too long, the injury was a bitter pill to swallow for both the receiver and his team.
In paying his respects to Bryant, Saints running back Mark Ingram threw up the “X” following a 28-yard touchdown catch against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

That’s some really cool stuff from Ingram there.
Sure he has not been teammates with Bryant for too long. But everyone in the building understood just how devastating of an injury it was for a receiver that had remained unemployed following a release from the Cowboys back in March.
It’s the ultimate show of respect from Ingram.
