There are some throws only a few humans on this earth can make. On Thursday Night Football, we saw Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers nail one of them with a 54-yard touchdown strike to fourth string tight end Robert Tonyan.
On second down at Green Bay’s 46-yard line, Rodgers rolled out of the pocket and unleashed a deep strike to Tonyan right at the end zone for the 54-yard score and a 14-3 lead against the Seattle Seahawks.

Rodgers’ ability to evade a potential sack then roll out and unleash a throw 50-plus yards down the field while his body is in motion, is simply incredible.
While Rodgers hasn’t shown these jaw-dropping throws quite as much this season, he still provides moments that make football fans speechless. Green Bay is rolling right now over Seattle and more deep shots could be coming from Rodgers.
