The Oklahoma City Thunder went into halftime against the Washington Wizards on Friday night up 79-50, thanks to a ridiculous 44-point second quarter.

This isn’t quite on the same level that we saw from the Golden State Warriors earlier this week, but it’s still an insane amount of scoring in a short amount of time.
Jerami Grant, Russell Westbrook and Steven Adams all have 15 points, helping the Thunder outscore the hapless Wizards 44-20 in that second half.
Not surprisingly, the Wizards were booed off the court as they walked into the locker room at halftime.
Wizards getting booed off the court as they go to the locker room. It's 79-50 at the half. What an absolute disaster.

Twitter users had all sorts of reactions to this lopsided blowout in the making.
Was watching the Wiz Thunder game. Went to the bathroom & to play a quick game of Fortnite, came back now the Wiz are down 30. Nice. They’re crumbling before our very eyes. #NBATwitter

To be fair, this is only Dwight’s first game. Give him time to unite the Wizards locker room.

Knowing the wizards are down 29 at HALF but then realizing it may mean Scott Brooks is fired after tonight pic.twitter.com/SKNLEitGyI
