The Los Angeles Lakers are off to a rocky start this season, and head coach Luke Walton has reportedly drawn the ire of Magic Johnson as a result.
Assuming LaVar Ball isn’t the fix the Lakers need, who might come in and save the day if Walton continues to struggle at the helm?
According to Chris Broussard of Fox Sports, two former head coaches, Jason Kidd and Mark Jackson, are names to keep an eye on going forward.
If Luke Walton takes the fall in Lakerland, keep an eye on these two names as possible replacements: Jason Kidd and Mark Jackson.

If you’re a Lakers fan, these names should send you running for the hills.
Kidd had a 139–152 record in his 291 games coached in Milwaukee before being fired last year. Jackson had a bit more success during his run coaching the Golden State Warriors, going 121-109. But immediately after he left and Steve Kerr came in, Golden State flourished.
Neither of these men inspires confidence. You might as well just let LeBron James take over if things fall apart to the point where Jackson and/or Kidd are being considered for the job.
