As the Dallas Cowboys look for their fourth consecutive win Thursday night against a red-hot New Orleans Saints squad, the team will be without one of its most-important players.
All-Pro left tackle Tyron Smith suffered a stinger in Dallas’ win over Atlanta back in Week 11. He missed the team’s win over Washington on Thanksgiving, and is now ruled out for Thursday night’s affair in Big D.
Tyron Smith will miss his second straight game tonight against New Orleans because of a stinger sufferer late in the win against Atlanta, according to a source. Smith did not practice during the week and was considered a game-time decision. Cameron… pic.twitter.com/MMhd96TvLz

This is a massive blow for the Cowboys. Taking on a Saints squad that’s won 10 consecutive games and is averaging north of 37 points per outing, the Cowboys’ offense will have to be at the top of its game here. Being without Dak Prescott’s blindside protector is a less-than-ideal scenario.
Dallas enters Week 13 with a 6-5 record and tied atop the NFC East with the Washington Redskins.
