WATCH: Lynn Bowden Jr. turns shovel pass into 54-yard TD

In a game where the running backs were expected to dominate, the Kentucky Wildcats used wide receiver Lynn Bowden Jr’s explosiveness to jump out to an early lead against the Texas A&M Aggies.

Late in the first quarter in need of a big play, quarterback Terry Wilson threw a short pass to Bowden Jr. as he crossed in front of him. Bowden Jr. immediately found a hole then was off to the races for the 54-yard score.
