Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Cody Bellinger is slumping and slumping in a big way in the postseason.
With the Dodgers trailing 4-0 to the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 3 of the NLCS, Bellinger came to the plate with two on and nobody out against struggling Milwaukee closer Jeremy Jeffress. But Bellinger bailed Jeffress out, swinging at the first pitch and flying out to center.
He did unleash a rather impressive bat toss, though.

That caught the eye of the people on Twitter.
Bellinger pops up to short and does a very impressive two-handed Gronk spike with his bat on the jog to first. #Dodgers

80-grade bat slam by Cody Bellinger.

7/10 bat throw from Bellinger there. Bat landed a little crooked on the ground but other than that, the two handed toss earned some good style points

Not sure Bellinger really understands the bat flip concept

Cody Bellinger's going to throw a bat or a helmet through the Earth's crust one day. He's like Gregg Jefferies without the swearing.

Bellinger throwing that bat was very me in middle school at lunch finding out my mom packed a sandwich I didn't want

The runners ended up stranded and the Dodgers lost 4-0. Bellinger is going to need to start getting noticed for more than his bat toss.
