Already struggling in Game 1 against the Boston Red Sox, the New York Yankees could now be without center fielder Aaron Hicks after he exited Friday’s game with an injury.
Hicks singled to begin the fourth inning but appeared to slow down going down the line. He started to try and stretch himself out then trainers came out to him and he left the game a short time later.
Slowed by a hamstring injury late in September, Aaron Hicks is leaving the game. Brett Gardner enters.
