A quick way to win over the crowd at Fenway Park is to throw back a home run hit by a New York Yankees player. One fan at Saturday’s game took it a step further with a throw that will make him beloved by the entire city.
After Giancarlo Stanton drilled a monster home run to left field, a fan took the ball and unleashed a cannon from the seats that hit Stanton as he rounded second base on his home run trot.

We’ve seen some solid arms from fans in the outfield seats before, but this takes things to a whole new level.
Boston is set with its pitching staff for the postseason, but there could be a few teams around MLB who need someone with a big arm and great location. Though it’s still not yet known if New York will try and get retaliation against another fan on its next home run.
