Now that the United States Supreme Court has lifted a nationwide ban on sports gambling, the NFL itself had to relax rules in that regard recently.
That now includes the Dallas Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones becoming the first team in the league to have a casino as an official sponsor.

It’s an interesting move for the Cowboys, one that should start a trend around the NFL. While the league itself pushed back against the SCOTUS ruling earlier this year, it now has to transition to the modern era. Relaxing rules on casino sponsorship was the first step in that process.
WinStar World Casino and Resort is considered the world’s largest casino. It was originally started by Chickasaw Nation as a bingo hall in 1991 and expanded to a casino in 2003.
Like in Texas, Mr. Jones is all about going big or going home. This relationship is the latest example.
