After a rough 2018 debut, New York Giants quarterback David Webb needed something to go his way on Friday against the Detroit Lions.
In his second game of the preseason, Webb hooked up with running back Wayne Gallman for his first touchdown pass of the preseason.

It’s a needed turnaround for Webb after he was awful in New York’s preseason opener. In his matchup against the Cleveland Browns, he completed just nine of his 22 pass attempts for 70 passing yards.
Things are off to a much better start on Friday. In less than a half of action, Webb already has more completions (10), passing yards (82) and touchdowns (one) than he did in his last appearance.
