Yes, it’s only the preseason. We get it. However, that doesn’t make Adam Vinatieri’s 57-yard field goal any less impressive.
During the waning moments of the first quarter in the Indianapolis Colts’ exhibition game against the Baltimore Ravens, the 45-year-old kicker smashed the 57-yarder through the uprights.
Vinatieri even let out a little fist-pump to celebrate.
.@AdamVinatieri is AGELESS. 😱#BALvsIND

There will be plenty who are unimpressed because it’s merely a preseason game. And at them, we will scoff.
Vinatieri has connected on 559 field goals throughout his 22-year career, and his longest is 57 yards. That happened during the 2002 season with the New England Patriots.
So, he matched a personal-best kick Monday night. We’re here to celebrate him for it.
Lmao Vinatieri is incredible

Your life depends on a 50 yard FG, you are picking Adam Vinatieri to make the kick.

The side angle of Adam Vinatieri nailing a 57-yard FG is astonishing. He makes it looks like he's attempting a PAT.

Adam Vinatieri is 45 years old, and he just made a 57-yard FG that looked like it would've been good from 65. What in the world.
