Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt has a collection of personally created footwear and apparel through his sponsorship with Reebok. As such, Watt received this tweet from a retired military veteran asking if the specially created Reebok shoes would help with his bad knee and back.
Do your shoes provide great support for a bad knee and back on a Veteran like me?

Not only did Watt endorse his shoes as “phenomenal,” he offered to send the veteran a free pair. Watt also kindly thanked the veteran for his service to our country.
Thank you for your service brother. I’m coming off some back & knee injuries myself and wear these shoes every single day. They’ve been phenomenal.
DM me your address and I’ll send you a pair so you can give me some feedback of your own. https://t.co/tJche6QxGQ

How very cool? It is always nice to point out how social media can be used for good purposes versus the negative stuff we so often see. Not surprisingly, the Veteran was extremely touched by Watt’s generosity.
Just wow, I was just wanting some feedback, and this is what I get. One of the reasons I'm a big fan of him and the Texans. This made my entire month, been on some hard times with health issues and this makes me forget about all that. You're the man, always will be.

Watt would definitely know a thing or two about body pain. The 28-year-old All Pro is on the mend himself from undergoing knee surgery last October.
