WATCH: Dennis Smith Jr. effortlessly executes 360 dunk

Dallas Mavericks rookie guard Dennis Smith Jr. is a freak athlete. We knew this when he came into the NBA out of NC State, and he continues to prove it on a regular basis in his first year going against the big boys in the Association.

On Monday night, the rook did something pretty jaw-dropping, though, that just amplifies how much talent and athleticism he truly has.

Not only did he pull off the 360 dunk in the game, but he made it look so easy. That’s the mark of greatness. The men and women who can pull off the insane without skipping a beat are the ones who are truly special. Clearly, Smith falls into that category.

So far this season, the rookie is averaging 14.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.5 assists, just under one steal and seemingly at least one highlight-reel play per game.
