Travis Kelce ruled out of Wild Card game with concussion

The Kansas City Chiefs lost one of their best players late in the first half when Travis Kelce took a nasty hit to the head.

He had to leave the game and was later ruled out for the remainder of the contest with a concussion.

This is the second concussion Kelce has suffered this season. He was an impossible matchup against Tennessee in this game before his exit, catching four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown. The Chiefs led by 21-3 at the half, so there’s a good chance they won’t miss Kelce too much in this game.

However, his presence would be most definitely missed if the concussion lingers into next week and he has to miss the divisional round. During the regular season, Kelce tallied 83 catches for 1,038 yards and eight touchdowns.
