Mike Mularkey is coming off a 2017 campaign in which he led the Tennessee Titans to a playoff spot and an appearance in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.
Fresh off news that the Titans have parted ways with Mularkey as head coach, could he potentially be a fit as the Browns’ next offensive coordinator?
According to this report from Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot, it’s a real possibility.
“Fired Titans coach Mike Mularkey is on the Browns’ radar for their offensive coordinator opening,” the Browns’ insider noted.
Mularkey to Cleveland was first reported as a possibility by NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

Mularkey finished his two-plus seasons as the Titans’ head coach with a 20-21 record. They were 3-20 in their previous 23 games before he took over.
Seen as a respected mind on that side of the ball, Mularkey has been an offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh, Miami and Atlanta throughout his career. He led six top-10 offenses during that span.
