The Denver Broncos are getting left in the dust and sit tied for last place (3-6) in the AFC West. It has been a terrible stretch for linebacker Von Miller’s Broncos, who have lost their last five games in a row.
Apparently sick and tired of losing, Miller ordered fellow teammates Shane Ray and Shaq Barrett to the weight room to pump some iron, per Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post.
Von Miller not messing around. Walked into the locker room today, turned to Shane Ray and Shaq Barrett and ordered them to the weight room. "We got 11 sacks this season. Let's go."

Miller notes that he and his two fellow outside linebackers have recorded only 11 sacks on the season. What he fails to say is that he is responsible for eight of those. Barrett has managed the other three sacks in this equation.
The rest of the defense is hardly picking up any slack at this rate, and the Broncos as a team have just 20 sacks.
As a whole, the Broncos have averaged a paltry 13.6 points per game since starting their Week 6 losing streak. We can see why Miller is frustrated and attempting to get his fellow linebackers to start buffing up.
Next on the calendar is a home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals that are also floundering with a 3-6 record.
