Philadelphia 76ers rookie point guard Markelle Fultz has already missed over two weeks with a shoulder injury and could be out quite a bit longer.
According to Sam Amico, the Sixers aren’t expecting Fultz back for another two or three weeks.

Chris Mannix of The Vertical added a bit more context.
Sixers say @MarkelleF is improving and will continue rehab and progressing toward full basketball related activities, will be evaluated again in 2-3 weeks.

So, it could easily be more than a couple weeks before he’s able to return.
Based on Fultz’s performance as a shooter in the four games he played to start the season, the rookie out of Washington shouldn’t have even been in the lineup at all this year until he was fully healthy to begin with.
He shot just 33 percent from the floor and couldn’t get a free throw to drop as his shoulder made it impossible for him to take a normal shot (watch here).
In his absence, Philadelphia has looked like a team that can content in the east, tallying a record of 8-7. If he can return fully healthy and produces in the manner expected of a No. 1 overall pick, then the Sixers will obviously be in even better shape.
