WATCH: JuJu Smith-Schuster burns Lions D on 97-yard TD

The Detroit Lions could have had three points. They were stymied by the Pittsburgh Steelers at the goal line, but rather than kick a field goal on fourth down, head coach Jim Caldwell opted to go for it. The Steelers brick-walled Detroit’s fourth-down attempt, setting their offense up for a 98-yard field, backed up into their own end zone.

Le’Veon Bell got a couple of carries that didn’t amount to much. Then Ben Roethlisberger found rookie receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster streaking down the middle of the field. He feathered the ball into the hands of his guy, and the USC product did the rest.

Ninety-seven yards later, Smith-Schuster scored his fourth touchdown of the season to put the Steelers up by eight points.
