Now that he has agreed to a buyout with the Chicago Bulls, veteran guard Dwyane Wade will soon be free to sign with another team. It’s been a long time coming for Wade, who didn’t fit into the rebuilding model the Bulls have created after moving on from Jimmy Butler during the summer.
And while the Cleveland Cavaliers remain front runners to sign Wade, at least one Western Conference team is making a strong push.
According to this one report, recently acquired Oklahoma City Thunder forwards Paul George and Carmelo Anthony have already started to recruit Wade to the team.

The Thunder are in need of a two-guard to work next to Russell Westbrook in the backcourt. In this, signing Wade would make a ton of sense. It’s also rather obvious the team is going all in to compete with he Golden State Warriors out west this season.
Adding Wade and his veteran experience would go a long way in helping in that area.
