Jason Garrett was full of fire on Monday speaking to the media about the ill-timed news that broke about his receiver, Lucky Whitehead.
Whitehead has a warrant out for his arrest after he failed to show up for a court appearance in connection with his arrest for shoplifting at a convenience store earlier this year.
Monday was the first time Garrett heard about the arrest, never mind the warrant.
Jason Garrett doesn't seem too pleased with the Lucky Whitehead arrest. Probably due to the fact he just found out about it this morning.

So it’s not all that surprising that Whitehead’s job is “absolutely” in jeopardy.
Is releasing Whitehead a possibility, given his arrest? "Absolutely," sez Garrett. In meantime, more embarrassment for @dallascowboys.

Whitehead has said he didn’t even know about the warrant, for whatever that’s worth.
Last year, Whitehead was almost exclusively a return man. He tallied 719 total return yards, fielding both punts and kickoffs. Given the fact that Ryan Switzer could easily fill this role, and the fact that Dallas once again has egg on its face, it seems inevitable that Whitehead is all but gone already.
After all, the Cowboys are a “high-character team,” according to Jerry Jones.
